2. Subject of the Agreement

The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of souvenir products and apparel under The Battle Club brand (hereinafter — the 'Goods') to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept the Goods and pay for them under the terms of this Agreement.

3. Placing an order and payment

• Orders are placed through the cart on the website.
• Prices are listed in hryvnias. The Seller is not a VAT payer.
• Payment is made online by Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay, or Google Pay via the monobank payment service (JSC Universal Bank).
• The order is considered accepted once payment is received.

4. Delivery

Delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta within the territory of Ukraine within 1–3 business days after shipment. The delivery cost is paid by the Buyer according to the carrier's rates, unless otherwise stated in a promotion.

5. Returns and exchanges

Under the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Rights Protection', the Buyer has the right to return goods of proper quality within 14 days, provided their marketable condition and consumer properties are preserved. Funds are refunded by the same method used for payment, within 7 banking days of receiving the return.

6. Other terms

By placing an order, the Buyer confirms they have read this offer and the privacy policy. The Agreement is deemed concluded from the moment the order is paid.
