1. Who we are

The personal data controller is Sole Proprietor Orest Rodkin (Ukraine, Rivne region, Dubno district, Mlyniv). Contact: support@thebattle.club.

2. What data we collect

• Order details: full name, phone number, email, city, and Nova Poshta branch.
• Technical data: cart cookies (stored locally in your browser) and a cookie remembering your chosen site language.
• Anonymized visit statistics via Google Analytics 4: pages viewed, referral source, device type and approximate region from your IP address. This data cannot identify you personally.

We do not collect or store your card details — payment is processed on the secure side of the monobank payment service, JSC Universal Bank (PCI DSS).

3. What we use it for

• Processing and delivering your order.
• Communicating about order status.
• Complying with Ukrainian tax legislation.

4. Who we share it with

Only to the extent needed to fulfil your order: to the delivery service Nova Poshta (name, phone, branch) and to the payment provider monobank (order amount and number). Your data is never sold or passed to third parties for advertising. Anonymized visit statistics are processed by Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) — you can opt out by enabling analytics blocking or Do Not Track in your browser.

5. Retention periods and rights

Order data is retained for the period set by tax legislation. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting support@thebattle.club, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection'.
